FLUKE T6 FORMULA 1 VIP EXPERIENCE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sponsored by Fluke Australia Pty Ltd. Entrants must be a licensed contractor or individual in a professional trade and resident of Australia, 18 or older to be eligible.

Entrant must purchase the NEW Fluke T6-600 or the Fluke T6-1000 Electrical Tester from a participating branch as listed in section 4.1 from 1 December 2017 to 09 February 2018 to be eligible for entry. Multiple entries are allowed, each qualifying invoice is valid for one entry. Redemption requests must be submitted within the promotional period. All entries must be submitted online at www.repelec.com.au/t6 by no later than COB Friday 9th February 2018 (AEST).

Two grand prize winners will be randomly drawn on 12th February 2018 and will be contacted by phone and email on the same day (12th February 2018). If the winners cannot be reached by 5pm on 14th February 2018, the prize will be redrawn until a winner is reached and claims prize win.

The Grand Prize includes return economy airfares to Melbourne from your closest major city airport, 3 nights’ accommodation in Melbourne CBD, airport to hotel and hotel to airport transfer services and reserved seating in the Ricciardo Premium Grandstand. Traveler insurance, food or any additional charges derived from prize win unless otherwise stipulated within the promotional collateral or in these terms and conditions will be at the charge of each individual winner.

Traveler details must be confirmed with the Sponsor (Fluke Australia) by no later than for purpose of airfare ticket issuing.

Travel dates will be from Friday 23rd March to Monday 26th March 2018. Fluke Australia will assign and book flights and times. These dates or times cannot be changed.

To the extent permitted by law Fluke Australia Pty Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained by entrant/winner as a result of participating in this promotion.

Sponsor and any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, distributors, representatives, employees and agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or redemption requests; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorised human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period:

The Promotion starts at 8:00 AM Australia Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Monday 1st December 2017 and ends at 6:00 PM AEST on Friday 9th February 2017 (the “Promotion Period”). Australian Eastern Standard Time shall control for all purposes of this Promotion. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. Promotion Details:

To be eligible, a Fluke T6-600 or T6-1000 Electrical Tester must be purchased during the Promotion Period from a select participating branch (as listed below). Participant to enter promotion online (within the Promotion time period), entering complete details and uploading a copy of sales invoice/receipt.

Except where otherwise prohibited by law, by participating in the Promotion, participants release and agree to hold harmless Fluke Australia Pty Ltd, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above entities from any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss or damage of any kind, including any tax liability or loss of opportunity, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the company’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any redemption request that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Sponsor) beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor; (d) any damages due to the operation of the postal service; (e) any variation in reward with purchase value to that stated in these Terms & Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by participant; or (g) use or misuse of the bonus gift.

Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any person’s participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorised human intervention or other causes beyond the Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or conduct of the Promotion, or the Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of conducting the Promotion as planned. Participants who violate these Terms & Conditions, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to the Sponsor, the Promotion or any other participant (in each case as determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from participation in the Promotion.
